Gender Affirming Medical Care Letters

WPATH letters for surgery

Hi! My name's Aleesa (she/her) Schlup, LPC (LPCC) and I do evaluations for clients IN OHIO AND TEXAS seeking gender affirming medical care letters, also known as WPATH letters. I have made this a streamlined process to get clients the documents they need to qualify for gender affirming medical care. Whether you need a letter from a mental health provider regarding gender affirming surgery, name change and sex marker on documents, or to a letter to initiate hormone therapy, Hopeful Feedback Counseling, LLC can help. Please read before requesting an online appointment: Once you request an appointment, you will receive paperwork via email. Your paperwork needs to be filled out within 24 hours or the appointment will be cancelled. If this happens, you may reschedule the appointment once all of the paperwork, including your payment method, is complete.

If you need another letter for a different procedure, the session is billed as a "pay what you can" session, where you decide the amount.

Clients are responsible for late cancellations (within 24 hours notice) and no-show fees. If you need to reschedule or if you cannot make your appointment, please be considerate and call or text 682-337-3344 or email counseling@hopefulfeedback.com.

The evaluation is $135,and any future revisions are free.
Nope! I know this has already been a long and tedious process for you. I want this step to be as seamless as possible for my clients. Your total will be a flat $135.
First, I will ask you to fill out a few forms, including a records request and a release of information for your surgeon's office. Then, I will ask you a number of questions regarding your gender identity and mental health. Once the letter is complete, I will send it to you during our session for you to check. Finally, I will send you the final version you can send to your surgeon. I'm also happy to send it directly.
It may be a good idea to set up a free consultation to ensure that I can provide this service. If you would like me to write your Gender Affirming Medical Care Letter, please send me any letter requirements that your surgeon's office provides to you so we can ensure all of the information is included in your letter for surgery.
Evaluations are completed in one session. If you would like to participate in ongoing counseling after the evaluation, please mention this to Aleesa during the evaluation session.
A consult with a gender affirming surgeon is the best place to start. They will provide you with a list of letter requirements and give you an idea of a timeline for treatment and what to expect. If you have the list, please send it to me before your appointment so your gender affirming medical care letter is as robust as possible
